Getting help for trauma can be difficult, tedious and / or scary.
Our program might suit you..
So you can work through the steps at your own time in your own space.
We guide you to help you better understand PTSD, to give you tips and exercises to manage your symptoms and help you keep track of your condition.
We recommend that all PTSD sufferers seek professional help, but this program has been proven to help during and after therapy.
All the elements included in the program have been approved by accredited and leading psychotherapists who specialised in PTSD.
We are looking for 20 candidates who are (or are concerned they might be) suffering from trauma related issues to trial our new PTSD support program.
This will only ask for an outline of the type of trauma you have suffered so we can be sure the package is suitable for you.
This will not require you to relive the trauma.

Calming Trauma has created an easy to implement and accessible trauma support service for organisations that would like to support their staff.
This service can be tailored to an organisation's need, is delivered online and supported by off and online trauma sensitive yoga sessions.
This service is ideal for those on the NHS waiting list, those that are have not tried to join a waiting list and those who are just not ready to commit to trauma therapy.
Based on my 14 years of NHS experience working with trauma patients I have developed a unique 4 step plan that I believe can help all PTSD sufferers.
